CITO Represented Sweden at the annual Global Village Day! The event was held outside of NCTU’s library building. The event is held every year to showcase the different cultures that the many exchange students bring with them to Taiwan.
We offered cinnamon buns, candy, “saft” and the Swedish summer game “Kubb”! We had a lot of curious visitors to our booth who enjoyed the goods, and we also realized that if Kubb ever were to spread outside of Sweden, we would have to work very hard to be world leading! A lot of visitors gave the game a try, and many appeared very talented even though they of course never had played it before.
There were several more booths representing countries like Germany, France and Indonesia, among many other.
